Thank You For Being Such A Vital Part Of Our Team, Karishma Aggarwal! We Look Forward To Sharing More About You So Others Can Get To Know You Better!

What or who inspired you to pursue your major/career?

I chose to study Travel Administration because I’ve always been curious about different cultures and love the idea of helping people explore new places. Watching travel documentaries and hearing stories from a travel professional at a career fair inspired me. They shared exciting experiences and the positive impact they had on travelers, which made me want to follow a similar path. My decision was a mix of my interest, meeting someone inspiring in the industry, and the idea of making travel dreams come true for others.

What is one thing you are most proud of achieving in your life?

I’m proud that I can do many different jobs in my career. I’ve worked as a recruiter, a business developer, and a manager. I can learn things quickly and get good results in whatever I do. This experience helped me become versatile and ready for any job. I like learning new things and doing my best in everything I take on.

None of us can achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful for who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

My success is greatly attributed to my husband, who consistently motivates, helps, and supports me. During a challenging period of unemployment in Brazil due to language barriers, he encouraged me to shift strategies. Instead of focusing solely on local opportunities, he suggested applying for remote jobs globally. With his assistance in obtaining work authorization, I soon secured a job, overcoming the hurdles of relocation and language barriers.

Tell us about an amazing trip you took. Where did you go and what did you enjoy most?

I had an amazing trip to London with my husband. Exploring the iconic city landmarks like the Tower of London and Buckingham Palace was truly captivating. What I enjoyed most was immersing myself in the rich history and diverse culture, strolling through Hyde Park, and savoring authentic British cuisine. The vibrant atmosphere of Covent Garden and the artistry at the West End theaters added to the unforgettable experience. London’s blend of tradition and modernity made the trip memorable, creating cherished moments with my husband against the backdrop of a bustling and historic metropolis.

If you were granted three wishes, what would they be and why?

If granted three wishes, my first would be for the well-being and happiness of my loved ones. Family and friends play a crucial role in my life, and ensuring their joy and health would bring me immense satisfaction. Second, I would wish for the ability to make a positive impact on the lives of others, contributing to meaningful change in the world. Lastly, I wish for continuous personal growth and learning, as it fuels my passion for self-improvement and acquiring new skills. These wishes are rooted in the values of connection, altruism, and the pursuit of knowledge, aligning with my aspirations for a fulfilling and purposeful life.

Is there a person in the world with whom you would love to have a private lunch and why? He/she might just see this! 🙂

If I could choose someone for a private lunch, it would be my mom. Spending quality time with her, sharing life experiences, discussing ups and downs, and reliving cherished memories are moments I deeply treasure. Her wisdom, love, and the joy of being in her company make such moments incredibly special and meaningful to me.
