I began my professional journey as a QA analyst in a remote role, honing my problem-solving skills while ensuring software quality. Over time, I embraced the power of cloud-based systems. I transitioned into managing customer information for businesses, realizing the crucial role it played in driving growth and profitability. By implementing robust data management strategies, I ensured the accuracy, integrity, and security of customer information. By actively engaging in professional networks, I share knowledge and contribute to the broader QA and data management community.
What or who inspired you to pursue your major/career?
The inspiration behind my career as a Salesforce consultant can be traced back to a transformative experience that sparked my passion for helping businesses optimize their customer relationship management processes. It all began when I encountered a company struggling with inefficient sales processes and a fragmented view of customer interactions. Witnessing its negative impact on their growth potential, I recognized the need for a comprehensive solution.

I am proud of my involvement in hundreds of technological solutions that have contributed to the growth and profitability of businesses. My brother played a pivotal role in my growth in the tech world. He instilled in me my confidence to pursue a career in the tech industry. Share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started volunteering.
As a volunteer assisting a French student who faced challenges in English language proficiency, I am delighted to witness her remarkable progress and recent success. Through our dedicated efforts and collaborative learning sessions, she has made significant improvements in her language skills.
Working closely with her, I designed tailored lesson plans and exercises to address her specific weaknesses and areas of improvement. We focused on grammar, vocabulary expansion, listening comprehension, and speaking fluency, ensuring a well-rounded approach to language development.
Our sessions incorporated interactive activities and conversations to enhance her confidence and practical usage of English. We explored various resources such as reading materials, audiovisual materials, and language exercises to create an engaging and immersive learning experience.
It is with immense satisfaction that I share her recent passing grade on a test, indicating a substantial improvement in her English proficiency. This achievement is a testament to her hard work, dedication, and willingness to learn. Seeing her grow is gratifying. We will continue to focus on targeted revision, practice tests, and constructive feedback to refine her skills further and boost her confidence. I remain committed to supporting her throughout this crucial period, ensuring that she is well-prepared and equipped to perform at her best. What do you like to do in your free time?
During my free time, I find joy in two activities that bring balance and fulfillment to my life: cooking and going to the gym. Both cooking and going to the gym offer me an outlet for self-care and personal growth. They allow me to engage in activities that nurture both my body and mind, promoting overall well-being and balance in my life. Whether I’m honing my culinary skills or pushing myself physically, these hobbies bring me a sense of fulfillment and contentment in my free time.
